Luke and I were in a rare mood Christmas eve. While the kids were sleeping we hauled up the gifts and laughed like little kids while we wrote our "Santa letter". We figured this was the last year we could write what we wanted as Kai will probably be able to read next year! Haaahaa! It was a fun night together. We got the kids dressed up in their "Christmas Jammies" (our tradition) and they opened their gifts from eachother. That was special.
Both Kai and Aria had a wonderful Christmas. Aria got her beloved Pink Retro Kitchen and Kai got a new Hotwheels bike. It was fun watching them come down the stairs with joy on their faces to see what Santa brought them the night before. Oh, brings back many good memories of my childhood. We had a great afternoon with Grammy & Papa N complete with a wonderful prime rib dinner! Now we are recouping from all of the events and I think the kids have enough toys to keep them busy all year long!
