Can I get an amen to this weather we had over the weekend!!?? Saturday we went to Post Family Farms where the kids had an awesome time! We saw many people we knew and the place was hopping. We got there around 10am to wash our coffee down with their incredible homemade pumpkin donuts- we bought a dozen and they are just about gone one day later. Aria's favorite was the "pumpkin train" ride- she was by far the youngest/smallest child on it, but after seeing pictures of Sydney Kreider on it, I decided she was allowed(-: Her dad disagreed, but mom won out! She ended up riding it three times and loved every minute of it. It was just confirmation that this year at Disney is going to be a blast. Kai loved the "zip line" and went on that over and over. All of us took a hayride to the pumpkin patch and picked out the "perfect pumpkins".
Then Sunday we head to GrandHaven and low and behold we spend the day at the beach! Soaking up the sun while the kids swam was just what we needed. The kids had a ball in the water even though it was FREEZING cold (they didnt care one bit!), and it felt like a good old summer day. We had dinner downtown GH and walked around to take it all in. What a nice surprise this weekend was! I could use a few more days of this(-:

The beach sounds so nice! Now that it is rainy and cold I really miss those days.
